Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, support cash wrap, and maintain a pristine sales floor. This role helps move product from receipt to point of sale and contributes to a smooth store operation.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, and customer service, work a flexible schedule, and uphold brand standards. Prior luxury retail experience and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture information.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
