We are seeking a Sales Support Associate who welcomes clients warmly, handles transactions accurately, and helps maintain a pristine sales floor while supporting stock movement and visual merchandising updates.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop); able to use Mobile POS and read release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement in the local market.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently; collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
