Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include using mobile POS, building lasting client relationships, and achieving individual and team KPIs while maintaining a high‑energy sales floor and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor and assist in stockroom tasks.
• Process transactions and manage inventory movement.
