Job summary

Coach is seeking a motivated sales professional to act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling and product expertise to clients. You will drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations while utilizing POS and clienteling tools to capture data for repeat purchases.

Daily duties include handling transactions, inventory processing, merchandising, and maintaining a vibrant, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Handle transactions and daily store operations including cash wrap and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following policies and procedures.
