Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. We seek a Sales Associate to welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized assistance, and operate POS systems on the sales floor.

You will also help with stock organization, merchandising updates, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience. Ideal candidates have retail experience, understand fashion trends, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience preferred, luxury retail experience a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
