Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and handling daily store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Assist in daily operations including cash wrap, stock, and merchandising.
