Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house offering elevated luxury retail experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will be a front-line ambassador, delivering personalized service while meeting personal and store sales goals.

You will support daily store operations, blending luxury retail with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue. You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, drive sales with cross-selling, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
Ability to work at a fast pace and lift up to 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally).
Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background and social media familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and assist on daily operations.
