Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations and participate in omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, comfort with POS systems, and strong English skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is expected to meet business needs. A team-focused, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
