Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through attentive customer service, brand advocacy, and efficient store operations. You will manage cash wraps, assist customers, and keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a luxury retail environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and busy periods is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
