Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. The Sales Support Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a pristine sales floor to support the store’s success.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, operating POS, stocking and merchandising, and coordinating with the team to meet sales goals while adhering to loss prevention guidelines. Schedule can include nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
