Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate in Palo Alto to enhance store success through warm client greetings, efficient POS use, and organized stockflow. You will help merchandise, process shipments, and keep the sale floor polished while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling, POS operations, and price/product sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
