Coach in Menlo Park is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance through warm client service, accurate transactions, and a well-organized sales floor. You will welcome clients, anticipate needs, process shipments, and support merchandising with attention to detail.

You’ll maintain stockroom organization, handle cash and POS procedures, and collaborate with team to meet daily goals, while delivering engaging, brand-aligned experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail service is preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate POS, cash handling, and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance; serve as brand ambassador.
• Support social media engagement, operate POS, and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
