Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in California. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, maintain a pristine sales floor, and help move product from receipt to point of sale.

You’ll participate in stock organization, merchandising updates, and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury environment. Strong English, great communication, and a customer-first mindset are essential. Ability to lift 25 lbs and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and offer personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Replenish stock and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
