Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success and partner with a luxury-minded team. You will greet clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, and keep the sales floor organized while shipments flow to the floor.

This role emphasizes brand representation, excellent service, and careful loss prevention. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required, with opportunities to engage customers and support stock, merchandising, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS, Internet).
• Read price and product sheets, use walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and update merchandising visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and assist customers and team as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
