Hermès San Francisco Boutique is seeking a Sales Specialist to achieve selling and customer service objectives in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will work with the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales goals, organize the selling floor, and ensure stock and VM standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of a boutique team.
• Organize floor for optimal client experience and ensure stock levels.
• Maintain VM standards, tagging, ticketing, and replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and support after-sales service.
• Assist with inventory preparation and asset protection as required.
• Provide high-level customer service including wrapping and packaging at POS.
