Job summary

Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will work with the sales and selling support teams to optimize the client experience and maintain impeccable VM and POS standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in luxury sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to multitask while delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with multi-tasking and independent work ability.
• Open availability to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain selling floor and stock to VM standards.
• Process transactions accurately; manage CRM data and after-sales support.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Assist in inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts.
