Hermès Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced luxury boutique. You will collaborate with selling and support teams to uphold Hermès standards and ensure a superior client experience.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining boutique presentation and asset protection. Flexible availability and in-person work on-site are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales, experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of a boutique team.
• Maintain selling floor readiness; stock and replenish items following VM guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and support CRM data and after-sales service.
• Adhere to asset protection procedures and participate in regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Provide high-level customer service, including wrapping and packaging at POS.
