Job summary

Hermès Las Vegas is seeking a Selling Supervisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will ensure asset protection, manage selling floor standards, and support merchandise flow while collaborating with the sales team and support staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in selling or supervisory roles, thrives in luxury retail, and demonstrates outstanding communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in selling and/or supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve selling and customer service objectives while adhering to asset protection standards.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to support sales, ensure merchandise standards and tagging.
• Process transactions accurately and manage CRM files, receipts, SKUs and payments.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for tills and take appropriate actions for discrepancies.
• Support inventory prep, replenishment, and monthly cycle counts.
• Provide high levels of customer service in Hermes standard of services.
