Job summary

Hermès Palo Alto Boutique is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to uphold the brand's service standards in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets, manage the selling floor, assist with wrapping, and ensure a seamless client experience.

This role includes POS responsibilities, inventory support, asset protection, and a commitment to impeccable presentation, CRM data accuracy, and ongoing product knowledge to help

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor; stock and prep receipts per VM guidelines.
• Maintain floor standards, tagging, and inventory preparation.
• Process transactions accurately; support CRM data and after-sales service.
• Protect assets and follow security procedures; participate in cycle counts.
• Provide high-level customer service and wrap/packaging assistance at POS.
