Job summary

Hermès Nashville Boutique is seeking a Sales Specialist to achieve selling and customer service objectives in a fast-paced luxury environment, reporting to the Assistant Manager and collaborating with the sales team to support the client experience.

Key duties include meeting monthly and annual sales goals, organizing the selling floor, processing transactions, adhering to asset protection standards, and delivering Hermès service at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Impeccable presentation and client service in a high-end environment.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain selling floor, ensure stock levels and VM standards.
• Process all transactions accurately (POS, receipts, CRM data) and support after-sales service.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and participate in inventory processes.
• Provide high-level client service and wrap/packaging at POS.
