Job summary

Hermès Palo Alto is seeking a Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional client service while achieving individual and boutique sales targets. The role supports the Assistant Manager and collaborates with the sales and selling support teams in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining selling floor standards, processing POS and CRM transactions accurately, assisting with inventory, and following asset protection procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills; even-tempered and able to multitask.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively; strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor, including merchandising, restocking, VM guidelines, ticketing, and EAS tagging.
• Process POS transactions accurately, maintain CRM records, and support after-sales administration.
• Assist with inventory preparation and participate in physical inventory and monthly cycle counts.
• Follow asset protection procedures, including bag checks, key control, and merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of client service, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at POS.
