Hermès San Francisco is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will collaborate with a sales team and selling support to meet goals, maintain presentation standards, and ensure accurate POS processing.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail with strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus the ability to multitask and work in-person at our San Francisco boutique.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsabilités

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of a boutique team.
• Organize selling floor and ensure stock levels and VM guidelines compliance.
• Process transactions accurately and support post-sale service when needed.
• Support asset protection procedures and inventory preparation.
• Provide high levels of client service consistent with Hermès standards.
