Hermès of Paris in Honolulu is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive luxury client experiences and achieve sales objectives in a fast-paced boutique environment.

You will organize the selling floor, assist with inventory, and process transactions while upholding Hermes’ service standards and asset protection policies. Strong communication, relationship-building, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter, capable of independent work with team balance.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability.
• Able to lift 0–25 lbs and work in-person at a designated location.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize the selling floor and stock items per VM guidelines.
• Maintain selling floor standards, tagging and ticketing.
• Assist with inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts.
• Process transactions accurately and support after-sales service.
• Uphold asset protection procedures and key control.
