Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our Georgia location to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and cross-channel selling.

The role blends luxury service with team collaboration to strengthen brand loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and awareness of fashion trends.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie use.
Strong English proficiency; able to communicate effectively with customers and team.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Reading price/release sheets and adapting to fast-paced store environments.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS systems and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Support inventory movement, merchandising, and daily store operations.
