Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
- Strong English proficiency
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor and support daily operations
- Process transactions and support inventory movement and merchandising
