Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in Friendswood, TX. You will provide a high-touch shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales while supporting daily store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience, comfort with POS systems, and strong English communication. Flexibility for a dynamic schedule and team collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Familiarity with walkie-talkie use and price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions via POS, manage returns/exchanges, and support online orders.
• Support inventory, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
