Saks Fifth Avenue in Tysons Corner is seeking a Sales Manager to own the sales experience in-store. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client service while upholding the Saks brand standards.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop talent, balance scheduling with promotional events, and drive clienteling initiatives to grow loyalty. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for luxury retail.
