Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Sales Manager to own the sales experience in our luxury store. You will coach a selling team, drive clienteling and relationships, and oversee onboarding and training to achieve store goals.

With a strong emphasis on customer service and brand standards, you will cultivate connections with clients, plan appointments, and leverage events and outreach for growth in a dynamic environment across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree is required.
• Proficiency using technology including Word and Excel is required.
• Must be flexible to evening, weekend and holiday schedules.
• 3+ years of management experience with selling team leadership and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing selling team to achieve store sales goals.
• Coach on clienteling and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Plan client appointments and drive repeat business and event attendance.
• Identify opportunities to increase wallet share and new client acquisition.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing education of staff.
