Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Sales Manager in Michigan to own the in-store sales experience and drive store goals with a client-centric approach. You’ll coach a high-performing team, onboard and train staff, and ensure exceptional service that strengthens client relationships.

You will also lead onboarding, ongoing education, and performance management, while building a strong Saks brand presence and delivering memorable luxury experiences.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required and at least 3+ years of management experience with selling teams.
• Proficiency with available technology including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep client relationships and grow repeat business to hit sales and event goals.
• Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments.
