Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency. Luxury retail background and social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized while following policies.
• Process transactions efficiently including online pickups.
