Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and hit personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes clienteling, fashion expertise, and engaging customers through cross-selling, live streaming or social platforms, and data-driven follow-up to drive loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); combination of education and experience considered
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising)
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies
