Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of our luxury brand in Natick. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store goals, and support daily store operations.
You will build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Experience with POS operation; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, merchandising.
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training; welcome feedback.
