Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering a personalized shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
You will use POS and mobile tools, engage with clients through tailored recommendations, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain store operations, including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
