Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omnichannel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue.

You will build client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and fashion advice. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations and visual merchandising standards.
