Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs and team goals.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
