Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, utilize mobile POS, and develop client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue.

The role blends high-energy luxury service with team collaboration and brand initiatives. Flexible scheduling including nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and data-driven clienteling are a plus.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Support daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
