Job summary

Coach is seeking a sales associate to represent the brand with passion and expertise on the shop floor in Ohio. You will build strong client relationships through styling advice, drive sales with cross-selling, and utilize POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

You will manage daily operations, inventory, and merchandising while delivering exceptional service and achieving individual KPIs. Flexible schedule and a dynamic team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source new customers and close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and manage multiple customers.
• Perform daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Assist teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives.
