Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III in Aventura, FL to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. This part-time role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration.

You will build client relationships, drive cross-selling, utilize POS on iPad, and participate in brand initiatives while maintaining high energy on the floor and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, ideally in luxury retail.
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and customer service.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with POS systems and clienteling tools.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling guidance.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat visits.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and contribute to team goals.
Source new customers, build relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain store operations, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
