Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, cash wrap, and daily store operations.
