Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience in a fast-paced environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and engage customers with fashion expertise and tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities include relationship-building, cross-selling, and leveraging POS and social selling tools to drive revenue while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor, inventory, and stockroom; assist teammates as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives.
