Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with a team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English skills, and familiarity with live-stream shopping, clienteling, and data capture to enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience with POS operations and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
