Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our luxury retail environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and collaborate with a talented team across omni‑channel initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail or fashion experience, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, social selling, and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks and support inventory movements.
