Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience and meet personal and store goals. You will work on the floor, support daily store operations, and participate in brand initiatives with a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Training and pathways to growth are provided within a global fashion house.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS and mobile POS systems.
• Ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver style guidance.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support operations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Maintain stockroom and floor, assist teammates, and follow policies.
