Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, contribute to omni‑channel selling, and help drive brand loyalty through exceptional service.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
Experience operating POS systems and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop).
Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live‑stream shopping knowledge is a plus.
Excellent English language skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet individual and team KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales; maintain floor energy.
Complete daily store operations: cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising.
