Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily operations, participate in omni-channel selling, and build lasting client relationships through expert styling and product knowledge.

You will use POS systems, engage with clients on social platforms, and contribute to a high-energy retail floor. This role requires flexibility, strong English skills, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to styling standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising) while upholding standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies.
• Process transactions including online pickups and returns.
