Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, reading price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency emphasized (including for EU contexts).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS systems, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
