Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue, with opportunities to leverage social media, live video demos, and clienteling to capture data and grow client relationships.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Strong command of English; able to communicate professionally.
Experience with POS and basic tech tools; comfort with clienteling data.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
Maintain an energetic, customer-focused selling floor.
