Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, iPad/laptop operations, and live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following policies.
