This role blends luxury service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Key responsibilities include brand representation, client relationships, cross‑selling, and effective use of mobile POS and clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English language proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
