Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors. Education/experience may be combined.
• Strong English proficiency; customer-focused selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional demeanor and support store operations.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
